I’m currently the Chief Operating Office of Bright/Shift, a social first digital marketing start-up, and have been working with a collection of high growth start-ups across a variety of industries for the past 5 years. 

I’ve always been fascinated by the way start-ups grow and adapt to maintain competitive advantage, and enjoy seeing how innovation thrives in the most vulnerable forms within business. More recently I’ve expanded my technical capability, blending human excellence with technical solutions to streamline processes and increase financially scalable operations. 

I’m excited by delving deeper into mindset, and how best to harness our characteristics and skills to generate impact in both our personal and professional lives. 

Outside of work I love art, both creating and appreciating it, as well as tackling the hardest logic puzzles you can find.
