Our founder, Jean Gomes, led the pioneering boutique leadership consultancy, DPA for over 30 years and founded and led the global arm of The Energy Project, fundamentally changing how organisations such as Google, Facebook and Sony understood wellbeing. Today, he leads our thought leadership, research, and product development.

About the role


Working with the CEO and head of research and development, the role of the programme director is to own a portfolio of client programmes and inspire and motivate team members to grow and do their best work.

  • Work with our research team to pioneer new leadership and organisational performance approaches.



The Specifics


Essential experience:


  • 7+ years’ experience in a leadership consultancy role, with £500K+ revenue and client delivery responsibility.
  • Manage budget and resource allocation.
  • Managing and motivating a consultancy team.
  • Track record of maintaining long-term client relationships at senior management level.
  • Designing and delivering industry-leading leadership development and change programmes.


To be successful, you’ll have/be:


  • The analytical ability to understand complex commercial, political, and inter-personal issues and present clear conclusions and implications to organisational performance
  • An excellent written and verbal communicator
  • An accomplished platform speaker and facilitator, creating presence, authority, and demonstrating competence
  • Able to design programmes, including experiential learning, capable of delivering clear developmental and business impact
