Throughout my career, I’ve always been driven to make a tangible difference and have a reputation for going ‘deep and long’ in my client relationships (some of which have lasted for over 10 years). I like to get in amongst things, working closely alongside leaders and teams, to create change on-the-ground. As the world continues to gather pace, this increasingly means action-biased programmes of continuous learning, experimentation and adaptation; not big, linear, top-down change approaches.

I’m known for my humour, love of food – cooking, not just eating – and live with my wife and son in Bedfordshire, not far from, but not actually in, Milton Keynes (despite what my colleagues believe).
