Since school, I have been fascinated by the potential and power of people to work together, evolve and create change. I am passionate about creating the space where teams feel safe to challenge each other and ask the questions that enable them to see more of the possibilities they can create together. As today’s business problems get bigger and work becomes more difficult, I can’t see my school age fascination fading any time soon.

When I’m not helping others, you’ll either find me in my leggings on a Pilates mat or giggling at the latest mischief of my young border terrier dog Nelson.
