I help clients to solve problems by navigating complexity and thinking outside of what’s expected, with the aim of making every project better than the last.

For me, excitement comes from stepping back to think about the whole picture and how the different pieces of the puzzle fit together. I like to run towards a challenge, work out what the problems are and distil them down to influence a positive outcome for everyone involved, removing barriers that enable others to work faster and smarter. I’ve always had a real passion for learning and like to absorb as much as I can from each and every project I work on, making the most of any opportunity to learn, improve and innovate.

When I’m not at work, I love being outside and exploring new places or settling down with a good box set.
