We are seeking a proactive, energising and meticulous Programme Experience Consultant to manage and deliver our high impact and award-winning leadership mindset programmes.

We are looking to expand this team with a Programme Experience consultant.
ROLE SUMMARY
The Programme Experience Consultant plays a pivotal role in designing and delivering Outside’s award winning high-impact leadership mindset programmes. They are the ‘glue’ between design, onboarding, event and programme delivery, offboarding and client engagement. They ensure every participant’s experience is seamless, engaging, and outcomes driven. This role combines a strong participant experience focus with operational precision and client-focused thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Design & Cohort Understanding
- Working with the programme narrative to ensure clarity and coherence of participant experience.
- Define and document learning objectives, participant experience flow, and content integration.
- Contribute to cohort analysis and understanding learner needs to tailor experiences effectively.
- Develop and track programme metrics and outcomes.
- Build the awards story to celebrate participant achievement and impact.
Digital Platform & Virtual Delivery Support
- Collaborate on digital platform setup and online hosting of learning experiences.
- Provide live support during virtual events, acting as a responsive first-line troubleshooter.
- Coordinate with the Facilitation team to ensure delivery quality and alignment.
Client Relationship Management
- Join weekly client calls and translate stakeholder insights into programme improvements.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior sponsors and Execs.
- Support preparation for Exec briefings, programme updates, and status reporting.
Team Coordination
- Support budget and resource tracking alongside the internal team.
- Help align internal roles, responsibilities, and timelines across design and delivery phases.
- Maintain a high standard of data hygiene across systems, particularly with regard to GDPR and platform data requirements.
Participant Onboarding & Community Building
- Develop delegate communications approach and draft delegate communications, set up and manage platform access, and participant onboarding flow.
- Contribute to virtual launch design and ongoing community management and communication strategies.
- Support drafting and delivery of essential resources for delegates throughout the programme.
Event Coordination (Where Applicable)
- Partner with internal leads to support event planning and venue co-ordination.
- Partner with internal leads to support travel, VIP & Exec management, and print & production logistics.
- Assist in ensuring venue, health & safety, and materials setup is experience ready.
- Support any external speaker logistics and experience set up.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Proven experience in programme or project delivery (L&D or leadership development preferred).
- Strong understanding of adult learning, leadership development, or behaviour change programmes.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple moving parts and coordinate across internal and client teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using digital platforms for hosting and tracking learning events.
Measures of success in this role include:
- Smooth execution of programme milestones (setup, launch, delivery, wrap up).
- Positive participant experience measured through post-programme feedback.
- High client satisfaction with delivery operations and communications.
- On-time and on-budget delivery of agreed programme components.
- Quality and timeliness of reports, onboarding communications, and platform delivery.
