JEAN GOMES
Founder and CEO

I work alongside leaders to help them think differently about solving their greatest challenges. Since childhood, philosophy, art and science have held an equal fascination for me; no one discipline provided a satisfying understanding of the world. I am driven to get to first principle understanding of problems and combine creativity and pragmatism to solve them. I am passionate about Outside working on challenges that help our clients create a better world for their customers and people.

I love music, literature and my family. One day, I will finally write a best-selling novel/Christmas hit/TV series. Or perhaps I’ll just learn to accept the wonderful life I’ve had.

EMMA SINCLAIR
Co-founder and Head of Applied Research and Development

I help teams come together and leverage their full potential to do their most difficult work and solve business problems.

Since school, I have been fascinated by the potential and power of people to work together, evolve and create change. I am passionate about creating the space where teams feel safe to challenge each other and ask the questions that enable them to see more of the possibilities they can create together. As today’s business problems get bigger and work becomes more difficult, I can’t see my school age fascination fading any time soon.

When I’m not helping others, you’ll either find me in my leggings on a Pilates mat or giggling at the latest mischief of my young border terrier dog Nelson.

ARJUN SAHDEV
Co-founder and Head of Growth

I blend creative thinking with data-driven insights to help clients unlock their most exciting future innovation and growth opportunities.

After leaving the corporate world of investment banking and diving into start-ups, I found myself being drawn to the disruptive nature of emerging businesses that have the potential to reimagine the outdated. I am passionate about helping clients rethink and reinvent their business models by embracing technological advances and, ultimately, building a new and exciting vision of their future. My background helps me combine my insights of finance, analytics, growth strategies and innovation, with my interest in transforming the businesses of tomorrow and my ambition to leave a positive dent in the universe.

I love trying and engaging with anything health and fitness related – particularly new gym workouts and testing the latest biohacking trends!

PHIL KERBY
Co-founder and Digital Lead

I help my clients and colleagues use digital tools and deliverables to extend the capabilities of their organisation and open up channels to allow for more innovative and collaborative ways of working.

Since my late teens I’ve enjoyed experimenting with new technology, and I continue to develop both software and hardware today. I am a firm believer that my understanding as to what is at the core enables me to develop the knowledge and confidence of those around me more effectively. I’ve run start-ups and now mentor young entrepreneurs who are just starting out in the world of business. Our world is changing faster than ever and one of the most important messages that I share with these young leaders is that in order to be successful, it’s vital that culturally their organisations are able to adapt quickly, and that they create teams of brave leaders who are willing to lead change.

Outside of work my wife and I are passionate musicians, a love that we have passed on to both our grown up daughters.

COLLETTE WRIGHT
Client Experience and Operations Manager

I am passionate about people and helping others achieve everything they set out to and more. Having a background in events, where I helped to create innovative environments and safe spaces for learning and growth, I see the value in the small details. I support clients throughout their journey, taking time to understand who they are, what their goals are and what they need from me, to create meaningful connections and experiences.

When not at work, you’ll probably find me watching a good film or walking in the countryside – preferably with a nice pub lunch at the end of it!

SARA DESCHAMPS
Senior Consultant

I am a writer and storyteller at heart, and I’m passionate about crafting accessible, applicable, creative and user-friendly experiences for our clients through community-building, content creation and program design. I believe in the power of the collective, and I thrive on connecting individuals and facilitating spaces where communities may work together to solve the problems keeping them up at night. I love coming up with new ways to present our offerings, through exploring different learning styles, gameification or alternative content design.

Drawing from my background in the movement and wellness worlds, I am fascinated by how to deepen our understanding of the physical body to create healthier, more connected, and more human experiences - not just at work, but in all aspects of our lives. I’m also passionate about innovation, and am currently a Masters candidate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Queen’s University.

One of my deepest core values is “fun”, so when I’m not trying to gameify our offerings, you can find me reading comic books, playing board games or trying to break out of my town’s newest escape room.

TALIA GRANTHAM
Associate - Digital Growth and Operations

I’m currently the Chief Operating Office of Bright/Shift, a social first digital marketing start-up, and have been working with a collection of high growth start-ups across a variety of industries for the past 5 years.

I’ve always been fascinated by the way start-ups grow and adapt to maintain competitive advantage, and enjoy seeing how innovation thrives in the most vulnerable forms within business. More recently I’ve expanded my technical capability, blending human excellence with technical solutions to streamline processes and increase financially scalable operations.

I’m excited by delving deeper into mindset, and how best to harness our characteristics and skills to generate impact in both our personal and professional lives.

Outside of work I love art, both creating and appreciating it, as well as tackling the hardest logic puzzles you can find.

JAMES GLOVER
Associate

My life’s work has been to help and inspire others to unlock the incredible wealth of resources inside themselves. I’m on a mission to change the way the world works so that we can all experience more of who we want to be.

I bring energy, positivity and optimism to the challenges our clients face, plus a career history of working with some of the highest performing people on the planet. I have a strong belief in taking leaps of faith, being brave enough to go beyond the perceived ‘norm’ so that we can create breakthroughs in mindset, behaviour and culture.

I eat my own dog food, trying new and inventive ways of looking after myself so that I can be fully available for my wife and two kids!

MICHAEL WEAVER
Associate

I help my clients to innovate their own organisations and build the mindsets, culture and capabilities needed to thrive in a fast-moving world.

Throughout my career, I’ve always been driven to make a tangible difference and have a reputation for going ‘deep and long’ in my client relationships (some of which have lasted for over 10 years). I like to get in amongst things, working closely alongside leaders and teams, to create change on-the-ground. As the world continues to gather pace, this increasingly means action-biased programmes of continuous learning, experimentation and adaptation; not big, linear, top-down change approaches.

I’m known for my humour, love of food – cooking, not just eating – and live with my wife and son in Bedfordshire, not far from, but not actually in, Milton Keynes (despite what my colleagues believe).

I am a neuroscientist who is fascinated with understanding human behaviour and how we can improve ourselves to benefit those around us and ourselves. My work with >Human allows me to delve into the connection between the brain and the body. I’m working to gain an understanding of how we can use this connection to enhance our ability to collaborate with others and improve our wellbeing. Increasing accessibility to Neuroscience is important to me because everyone can use complex scientific concepts to better their own lives, when explained in an understandable way.

I gained my undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from the University of Nottingham. As a Doctoral Researcher at Loughborough University, I currently study the brain’s mental representation of the body and how it relates to persistent pain.

Outside of work, I enjoy bouldering, travelling, and kayaking with my friends, or playing my guitar at home.
